Your gift to Tallgrass Institute helps Indigenous Peoples shape how
investors and companies respect their rights and land.
Tallgrass works to seed Indigenous Peoples’ power, facilitate pathways between investors and Indigenous Peoples, shift corporate behavior to respect Indigenous Peoples’ rights, and provide comprehensive ecosystem approaches to strengthen industry practices.
In 2025-2026, we provided 18 trainings and presentations to over 600 participants, 32 consultations and engagements, and led active work with 61 partner organizations, communities, and coalitions. Our resources have been translated into multiple languages, and our work took us across the globe to connect with Indigenous partners and leaders in Indonesia, Sápmi, Geneva, Alaska, Washington, DC, and elsewhere.

About Tallgrass Institute
Tallgrass Institute is a Center for Indigenous Economic Stewardship. We bridge Indigenous leadership and knowledge with investor strategies to advance Indigenous Peoples' self-determination and wellbeing. By activating investor and economic ecosystems, we work to redefine the private sector’s role as one that respects Indigenous Peoples’ human rights, lands, and economic priorities.
