Corporate Engagement
& International Advocacy
We work directly with Indigenous Peoples and Indigenous organizations to design corporate engagement strategies. In addition, we work within the global Indigenous Peoples rights movement to advocate to investors, international mechanisms, and standard-setting bodies to mainstream respectthe business case for Indigenous Peoples’ rights.
By facilitating high-level dialogue between Indigenous Peoples and corporate decision-makers, we expand consideration of Indigenous Peoples’ rights in sustainability and human rights criteria. Our expertise, analysis, and guidance helps to evaluate project risk and ensure accountability for harm to Indigenous Peoples across sectors. We actively engage with international mechanisms, including the United Nations, to advocate alongside Indigenous partners for the protection and advancement of Indigenous Peoples' economic visions.
